Welcome to the first ever Big Bash Community Tent! Ok so not quite a tent…. the wonderful Windle Valley Day Centre are letting us host this event in their Wellbeing Centre, thank you.
We are trying to offer something a little different this year and get greater involvement from the wider community.
So, we are testing the water and offering a competitions style event with a mix of classes to get your creative juices flowing. More categories will be introduced next year if this year is well supported.
Please note we are looking for judges for the various categories so please get in contact if you wish to be involved or can nominate someone.
WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR CATEGORY SPONSORS. EACH CATEGORY IS £30 TO SPONSOR. IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A BUSINESS IT COULD ALSO BE SPONSORED IN MEMORY OR EVEN SPONSOR AS A FAMILY.
WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL PERSON OR BUSINESS TO SPONSOR THE FIRST EVER BAGSHOT COMMUNITY CUP WHICH WILL HAVE A PRIZE FUND OF £100 PLUS COSTS OF CUP AND ENGRAVING.
Entry Fee for All Adult Classes is 20p per class entered.
Children’s classes (under 16 yrs.) are 10p. Please note some children’s classes are age specific.
Children can enter Adult classes upon payment of the 20p fee per adult class.

You can also post or hand in your entry form to the RSPCA shop in the High Street.
Bagshot Community Cup will be presented to the person with the most points awarded at the end of the show.
(Points are: 1st Prize 3 points, 2nd Prize 2 points, 3rd prize 1 point. Family entry points will be attributed to the family member with the most points at the end of the count.)
The ‘tent’ will be open between 9.30am & 11am for exhibitors to pay their fees, collect cards & display their items. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry. The tent will re-open at 1pm approx. after judging. (The judge’s decisions are final.)
No more than one entry per person per class may be submitted.
Exhibition Items can be removed from 4pm on the day.
Persons entitled to prize money can collect it from the RSPCA Charity Shop on the day of the show and up to the 1st August thereafter it will automatically go back in to the BBA Charity Funds.
